Mortician, Licensed Embalmer, Licensed Funeral Director
Mark Pfeifer is a licensed embalmer and funeral director. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, and his Associate in Specialized Technology degree from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Mark is a native of the east side of Columbus, and is married with a daughter and twin boys.
Mark has also earned the designation of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP) from the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. He is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, Ohio Funeral Directors Association, Thanos, and the Central Ohio Funeral Directors Association, for whom he served as a past district officer. He is a licensed insurance agent.
Office Manager / Funeral Assistant
Kim has been with Pfeifer Funeral since 2013. She lives here in Reynoldsburg and grew up in the Reynoldsburg/Pataskala area. Kim runs the office and coordinates the behind-the-scenes. She has been in customer service for over 23 years.
Funeral Director/Embalmer
Sujoy graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science with an Associates in Mortuary Science in 2018 and has been serving Columbus area families ever since. He received his Bachelors from The Ohio State University in 1979 in Zoology. Prior to changing careers, Sujoy spent 30 plus years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales rep, a sales manager, and a sales trainer. During his tenure in the pharma industry, he won many awards as top salesperson, as well as creating new training programs for various companies.
He has two daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. At home he shares his space with two dogs - both mutts. You will see him daily walking his dogs in the village of his residence. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle, when time and weather cooperate.
Serving others in their time of need is of greatest importance to him.
Funeral Director/Embalmer
Cassidy began her funeral service career in Cincinnati in 2018 after working in home health care during her undergraduate studies. She earned her Bachelor's Degree of Speech and Hearing Science from The
Ohio State University. She attended the Cincinnati College of Mortuary
Science when she
found that her true calling was serving bereaved families. She lives in Westerville with her boyfriend, Roberto, and their two cats, Tyche and Diobe.
Rest in Peace
William Cannon has been with Pfeifer Funeral Home since it opened. He has since passed away. Bill is sorely missed. Rest in Peace.
