Gloria Jean (Hill) Hector

Our dear mother Gloria Jean Hector (Hill) sadly passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 67. She was a wonderful mother and exceptional grandmother who was always there when we needed her. She had many people who adored her and she made an impact on their life! Gloria loved to spend time with family, and she loved to travel with family. She looked forward to decorating and planning get togethers for the holidays. She enjoyed being outdoors and planting flowers--she had a slew of indoor plants.

She was predeceased by her father Arthur Hill and mother Annie Hill. She is survived by brothers, Timothy and David Hill, sisters Melissa Brum and Diane Johnson. Her beloved daughters Kisha Hollins-Johnson (Damien) and LaToya Vanover (William) and son Adam Hatchett (Melissa). Her precious grandchildren: Jorden, Christian, Adrian, Jacob, Mariam, Briton, Audrina Chase, Dwight and Dallas. Her special great-grandkids: Jaxsen, Jozie, Enzo and new baby arriving soon, and not to forget--her special lifelong best friend, Trena Ross! She was passionate about helping and taking care of others.

She was the Medical Director at Pataskala Oaks Care Center and worked in the medical field over 30 plus years. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home.

If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend visiting hours at Pfeifer Funeral Home, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, we are holding in her honor on THURSDAY May 11, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with the funeral service beginning immediately after at 6PM, with Bishop Joel Sanders officiating.
