Jack Frederick Slagle

Jack Frederick Slagle, age 75, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away at home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 surrounded by family. Jack was born March 28, 1948 to the late Jack and Harriet (Hoover) Slagle in Youngstown, OH. He served in the US Navy during Vietnam before starting the Columbus State dental hygiene program. He went on to become co-founder and owner of Slagle-Kiser Dental Ceramics Inc. Jack was a member of the Certified Dental Technicians for 46 years. He was preceded in death by wife Jo Ann (Case) Slagle in 2019. Jack is survived by his sons, Steve (Melonie), Scott Slagle; grandchildren, Steven, Samantha; sisters, Leslie (Joe) Stamm, Cindy (Randy) Guyette; ; sister-in-law, Linda (Allen) Smith; nieces, Heather (Kyle), Kaitlin (Adam), amd Kristi (Chris). A visitation will be held on SUNDAY, April 23, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the PFEIFER FUNERAL HOME. His funeral service will be on Monday, at 11:00 AM at Reynoldsburg Community Church, 1636 Graham Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068, with Pastor Jeff Greenway officiating.
