Obituary

Julia Irene Schwartz, age 92, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away on November 12, 2021 at home after a lengthy illness. Julia was born January 19, 1929 to the late Mike and Mary (Bakai) Sabados in Columbus, OH. Julia was a 1947 graduate of Reynoldsburg High School and was a former member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Schwartz; sisters, Anna Mae (William) Barnhill, Julia's twin sister, Mary Catherine, who died in infancy; brothers, Mike (Jewell), James (Shirley), William (Kay) Sabados. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Schwartz; son, John R. Schwartz; grandaughters, Amy (Jon) Schmidt, Robin (Larry) Lester; great-grandchildren, Corbin Clinger, Carly (Henry) Diego, Justin Schmidt, Jordan Schmidt, Lilly, Olly, and Elly Lester; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews. A family visitation will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021, from 6 - 7 PM at the Pfeifer Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 7PM. Julia's graveside service will be held on Friday, November 26, 2021, at 2PM, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Family is asked to meet at the cemetery.
