Michael Reed Harsh, son of the late Elvin Joseph ("Corky") Harsh and Betty Marie (Willard) Harsh, passed into eternal rest on February 5, 2023. "So God made a Farmer". Mike lived a full life doing what he loved and did best, as a farmer. He wore many titles: Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle, Godfather.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Thomas Elvin Harsh.
Mike is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Rosser) Harsh, his sisters, Nancy (Robert) Maier, Sharon Herring and Debra (Dennis) Johnson; his nephews, Erich (Stephanie) Maier and their children, Cameron and Emma; Shawn (Jennifer) Harsh, and their children, Addison and Jude; Ryan (Staci) Harsh and their children, Parker and Paige; Aaron Maier and Nic Maier, his sister-in-law, Diane Harsh, members of Mary's family and many lifelong friends.
Visitation will take place at Pfeifer Funeral home on THURSDAY February 9, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on FRIDAY February 10, 2023 at 10:30 am at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1051 Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 with Fr. David J. Young officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, processing from St. Pius X Catholic Church on FRIDAY.
In lieu of flowers, Mary has requested donations to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd., Newark, Ohio 43055, in Mike's memory. "There goes Uncle Mike to Dollar Beer night again."
