Obituary
Monica Dee Moore, age 59, of Columbus, Ohio, went to be with Jesus on March 16, 2022 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Monica was born February 21, 1963 in Columbus. She attended Reynoldsburg High School.
Monica is survived by her significant other of 21 years, Dr. Benjamin P. Kelch; daughter, Brandy (Jordan) Turske; son, Christopher Moore; grandchildren, Alexis, Ethan, Dylan, Wyatt, Trenton; mother, Kathe (Tom) Lilley; father, David (Patricia) Seum; sisters, Linda (Tim) Parsons, Amy (Jesse) Moore, Summer (Jeff) Hessler, Amanda (Chris) Stringer; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Deborah and Alex Zardinskas.
Monica was passionate about everything she did including serving those who were less fortunate and taking care of "special need" animals. She would and has literally given the coat off of her back to someone who needed it more than she did. Monica had such a generous and kind heart. She will be missed by those who loved her and her Messiah Lutheran Family she served with for so many years.
A celebration of life will be held on MONDAY, March 21, 2022, 2 PM, at the Messiah Lutheran Church, 1200 S. Waggoner Rd. Reynoldsburg, with Pastor Timothy Kuenzel and Pastor Karl Hanf officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Monica's memory to the Monica D. Moore Memorial Fund at Messiah Lutheran. Online condolences available at www.pfeiferfuneral.com.
