Obituary
Phyllis Ann Jones Horn was born May 28, 1937, she passed peacefully at home, January 13, 2023. Survived by her husband of 66 years, Charles T. Horn of Blacklick, sons Chuck, Gary (Nan) and daughter Ann (Charles) Price, eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, sisters; Kathryn (Bruce) Ferguson, Beverly (Don) Leonard and brother Charles, several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father Harold Jones, mother Hazel, sister Eleanor (Allen) Wengert, brother Richard (Maggie), and daughter, Cynthia Morley. All services will be held at Havens Corners Church of Christ in Christian Union, 6696 Havens Corners Road, Blacklick, Ohio 43004 on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am with Pastor David Allison officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Township (Blacklick) Cemetery.
