Robert George Thomas

Robert "Bob" George Thomas, age 87, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2023 at The Inn At Summit Trail. Robert was born May 23, 1935 in Logan, Ohio to the late Joseph A. and Letha Gertrude Thomas.

Bob grew up in Logan, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Army then graduated from Miami University. After graduation he moved to Columbus, Ohio to work at Western Electric and to raise his family with Carolyn. We will miss his patience, love, dry humor and devotion.

Bob will be missed by his loving wife, Carolyn; his children, Lynne and Julie; his grandchildren, Natalie, Paige, and Katie. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his siblings, Joseph, Helen, Rosemary, Francis, Lloyd, and Joann.


Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 10:30 am until the time of Catholic Blessing at 11:00 am at Pfeifer Funeral Home in Reynoldsburg. Deacon Joseph LeMay will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Etna, Ohio.
