Rose Anne Snoke, 91, of Reynoldsburg, set out on her long-awaited journey home, April 1, 2023, at Mt Carmel East Hospital surrounded by her family and pastor. Rose Anne was born on August 24, 1931, in Blacklick, Ohio to Roy Fickle and Stella Tharp.
Rose Anne worked in bookkeeping and accounting throughout her life. She gave thousands of hours volunteering in her community and as a lady's auxiliary member of her church. She loved spending time with friends, square dancing, playing card games and spending hours just "chatting" with her family and friends.
Rose Anne was always available to family and friends in need and spent much of her retired life taking care of family and friends as they reached the end of their journey here on earth. She touched many people's lives over the years.
Rose Anne had unwavering faith in her beloved Lord and Savior, and she continued to trust His plan as she reached the end of her life. She cherished her time in the church and was a dedicated attendee of Summit Baptist Church in Pataskala. She had previously attended Reynoldsburg Methodist Church and Broad Street Christian Church in Columbus.
Rose Anne is survived by sons, Ken Schleppi, and Craig (Annie) Schleppi; grandsons, Brian Schleppi (Wendy Moore), Michael (Tera) Schleppi. She also leaves behind several granddaughters, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and multitudes of dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Snoke; son, Rick Schleppi; her parents, Stella Tharp and Roy Fickle as well as her nine brothers and sisters.
Rose Anne's family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on FRIDAY, April 7, 2023 in the chapel of Pfeifer Funeral Home, 7915 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. A funeral service honoring Rose Anne's life and faith will follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Mark Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
