Rosemary Stiteler, age 81, of Canal Winchester, Ohio, suddenly but peacefully passed away on December 1, 2021, surrounded by her family. Rosemary was born January 2, 1940 to the late John and Clorene (Stroud) Lewis in Lake, MS. She retired in 1995 from the Canal Winchester School District after 30 years. She received her bachelor's degree from Mississippi State College for Women in 1960 and went on to earn her Master's Degree. Rosemary is survived by her daughter, D. René Stiteler; son, R. Scott Stiteler; grandchildren, Dustin (Logan), Casey, Morgan, Calvin, Derek (Yasmin), Josie; great-grandchildren, Trayven, Tarren, Tyson, Paisley, Kensley, Bowen, Ashton, William, Bentley; sister, Daphne Glaze; brother-in-law Mike (Barb) Stiteler; nieces, nephews, friends, and many former students. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Russell L. Stiteler; brothers John Harry Lewis and Billy Clark Lewis. Her visitation will be held on FRIDAY, December 10, 2021, from 11AM - 1PM at Hope United Methodist Church at 83 E. Columbus Street in Canal Winchester, where her Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1PM, with Rev. Clark Hess officiating. Burial will be at Union Grove Cemetery, Canal Winchester. Fellowship at church immediately following graveside service.
