Obituary
Wayne H. Castle Jr., age 86, passed away on February 3, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Wayne was born on February 11, 1936 to the late Wayne and Mildred Castle in Columbus, Ohio. Wayne made a living as a truck driver, but was known for his love of Notre Dame Football. He was also known for his kind heart. He was a member of the Teamsters Local #413. Some of the best memories of Wayne includes his love of bowling and yard-work.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Julia A. Castle; his brother Kenneth Castle, and his sisters Eileen McNally, and Karen Richardson.
He is survived by his sons Richard Castle of Blacklick, Ohio, Robert Castle of Galloway, Ohio; his grandson Austin Wayne, and many friends and relatives.
The family has chosen to not have any services at this time. Donations may be given, in memory of Wayne Jr. to the American Cancer Society.
