William David Geiger Sr., age 99, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away on December 16, 2021, peacefully at home with his family by his side. Bill was born February 18, 1922, to the late Joseph and Alma (Dicky) Geiger in Fairfield, SC. As part of our greatest generation, he served in the US Army Air Force during WWII with courage, sacrifice, and honor. Later, he worked for more than 30 years as a Sales Manager for Cotton Fabrics Company owned by the Grossman family. Bill was a local member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Wesley Ridge community and will be remembered for his role as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who was treasured for his storytelling, kindness of heart, and work ethic. He is survived by the love of his life Martha Mae Geiger to whom he was married for over 77 years, loving and devoted daughter Patty Geiger and caring son Dave Geiger. He was the cherished grandfather to Michelle Tomlinson, Will Geiger and his wife Shawnna Kellum, Rich and wife Helen Donahey, and brothers Tim and John Donahey, and their families.
